We offer:

To provide a high standard of service, the minimum order for fuel briquettes and pellets is 10 packs. Thank you for your understanding!
Special discounts on fuel briquettes, pellets and firewood depend on the order quantity. The more you buy, the better the price. Contact us and we will select individual terms for your order.
The fulfilment time depends on the quantity, stock availability and delivery address. Dispatch is confirmed by the manager when the order is checked. For an urgent order, call us and we will immediately confirm availability and the nearest delivery date.
Briquettes are packed in 10 kg shrink-wrapped packs for easy carrying and use. Pellets are packed in 15 kg polyethylene bags.
The storage period depends on storage conditions, the raw materials and moisture levels.
- Storage: keep pellets and briquettes in a dry, well-ventilated room. Other containers should be tightly sealed.
- Storage period: generally from 6 months to 2 years, and potentially longer in optimal conditions.
- Moisture: the maximum moisture level should not exceed 10%.
- Industrial packaging: sealed packaging can extend the storage period.
Proper storage helps maintain product quality throughout its use.

- Keep products off the floor. Use pallets or shelving.
- Closed containers and packaging. Transfer damaged packs to airtight containers.
- Optimal temperature. Store between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius.
